<p>Manje tikvice operite, odrežite im oba kraja, pa ih narežite na kriške, ne previše tanke. Glavicu luka ogulite, operite i sitno nasjeckajte. Suhu slaninu narežite na sitne kockice.</p>
<p>U prikladnu posudu ulijte malo ulja i uspite narezanu slaninu. Pržite minutu-dvije na srednjoj vatri, a tada umiješajte i nasjeckani luk. Nastavite pržiti još nekoliko minuta, češće miješajući. Čim luk počne mijenjati boju, dodajte narezane tikvice i posolite. Nastavite kuhati na umjerenoj vatri petnaestak minuta. Povremeno posudu protresite ili pažljivo promiješajte.</p>

<p>Kelj očistite, operite i krupno narežite. Skuhajte ga u kipućoj osoljenoj vodi, zajedno s kobasicama. U međuvremenu, mesnatu suhu slaninu narežite na kockice. Češnjak i peršinovo lišće sitno nasjeckajte.</p>
<p>U tavi zagrijte malo ulja. Na ulju popržite narezanu suhu slaninu. Dodajte brašno i češnjak, pa načinite svijetli zapržak. Zalijte ga tekućinom u kojoj se kuhao kelj. Zapržak umiješajte u kelj, popaprite, naribajte malo muškatnog oraščića i nastavite kuhati još nekoliko minuta.</p>

<p>Krumpir ogulite, operite i narežite na krupnije komade. Luk, češnjak i peršinovo lišće sitno nasjeckajte. Suhu slaninu narežite na kraće kriške debljine oko pola centimetra. Luk, češnjak i peršinovo lišće sitno nasjeckajte.</p>
<p>U prikladnoj posudi zagrijte ulje. Na ulju na umjerenoj vatri popržite nasjeckani luk. Čim luk počne mijenjati boju, posudu skinite s vatre. U posudu tada posložite red krumpira, pa red kriški suhe slanine, pospite nasjeckanim češnjakom i peršinovim lišćem, pa ponovo posložite red krumpira. Posolite i zalijte vodom. Umiješajte i malo koncentrata rajčice. Kuhajte poklopljeno, na srednjoj vatri dok se krumpir ne skuha, odnosno dok ne ispari suvišn tekućina. Kad je jelo gotovo, popaprite i poslužite.</p>

<p>Skuhajte palentu u osoljenoj vodi. Kad se skuha, iskrenite je na plitki tanjur. Ostavite da se ohladi. Zatim je narežite na kriške debljine oko 1 centimetar.</p>
<p>U tavi na malo ulja popržite suhu slaninu narezanu na kriške. Poprženu slaninu prelijte preko palente i poslužite. Ovo jelo možete pripremiti i na donekle drukčiji način. Suhu slaninu narežite na kockice, a kuhanu palentu nemojte narezati. Kad suhu slaninu popržite, uspite palentu i sve dobro izmiješajte. Iskrenite na plitki tanjur i poslužite.</p>

<p>Hrenovke skuhajte, ogulite i narežite na tanje kolutiće. Jaja skuhajte i narežite na kolutove. Rajčicu i papriku narežite na komadiće. Luk ogulite, operite i narežite na listiće. Kisele krastavce narežite na kockice. Peršinovo lišće sitno nasjeckajte. U prikladnoj zdjeli izmiješajte sve pripremljene namirnice. Začinite senfom, posolite, popaprite, ulijte malo ulja i octa. Ukrasite kolutovima kuhanih jaja i listićima peršina, pa poslužite.</p>

<p>Komad telećeg (junećeg, svinjskog, purećeg ili pilećeg) mesa fino sameljite. Mortadelu i kobasice (možete upotrijebiti hrenovke) narežite na komadiće i vrlo sitno nasjeckajte. S deblje kriške kruha odrežite koru, a sredinu namočite u mlijeko. U zdjeli izmiješajte sve namirnice &#8211; mljeveno meso, nasjeckanu mortadelu i kobasicu, razmočenu sredinu kruha, jaja, ribani sir, sol i papar. Ukoliko je smjesa suviše rijetka, dodajte malo mrvica. Od pripremljene smjese oblikujte ne suviše velike kugle koje spljoštite pritiskujući ih dlanovima. Okruglice uvaljajte u mrvice i ispržite u obilnoj količini ulja, na srednjoj vatri.</p>

<p>Komad telećeg (junećeg, svinjskog ili purećeg) mesa narežite na komade. Narezano meso uvaljajte u brašno. Luk ogilite, operite i sitno nasjeckajte. Kocku koncentrata juhe od mesa otopite u malo vode. U prikladnoj posudj, na malo ulja na umjerenoj vatri popržite luk. Čim luk počne mijenjati boju, uspite pripremljeno meso. Pržite ga nekoliko minuta, a zatim ulijte suho bijelo vino. Potom umiješajte otopljeni koncentrat juhe. Posolite, popaprite i nastavkuhati na srednjoj vatri, povremeno ulijevajući po malo vode i miješajući, kad meso dovoljno omekša, umiješajte malo mljevene paprike, pa jelo poslužite.</p>

Zatim ih uvaljajte u brašno i ispržite u ulju. Pazite da ih izvadite iz ulja čim su pržene jer ne smiju biti prepržene, odnosno tvrde. Najbolje ih je izvaditi iz ulja dok su još meke, trenutak prije no što bi ih izvadili da ih želite poslužiti pržene. Pržene lignje narežite na kockice i komadiće. U prikladnoj zdjeli izmiješajte narezane lignje, kuhanu rižu, te nasjeckani češnjak i peršinovo lišće. Posolite, popaprite, eventualno začinite i sa žlicom ili dvije ulja u kojem se se pržile lignje, pa poslužite.</p>
